Ofgem has published its Statutory Consultation on three CM Rules Change Proposals. The Consultation can be accessed online, with responses due by 5 January 2024.
The three CM Rules Change Proposals considered in the Statutory Consultation are:
- CP368 ‘CVR Publication Deadlines’;
- CP369 ‘Secondary Trading with CMU Metering Aggregation Rules’; and
- CP373 ‘Process Transfer from EMR Delivery Body to CM Settlement Body’.
