CMAG is seeking industry views to inform the scope of the issue and a proposed solution for CP372 ‘Change to Rule 4.4.4’. If you wish to participate, please respond to the CMAG Industry Survey by 5pm Tuesday 14 November 2023.
Rule 4.4.4 was identified as a high priority area for change by CMAG Members, who highlighted that the Rule is unclear as to what is considered ‘configuration’. Rule 4.4.4 was further identified as a possible barrier to net zero, as older plants cannot change Generating Units within their CMU to adopt new, low carbon technologies on site.
